I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was fine with beautiful decor and furniture. It was spacious and filled with natural light. The cleanliness was perfect, making me feel comfortable and at home. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, with easy access to the underground and close proximity to airports and transportation hubs. The hotel facilities were great, and the breakfast on the rooftop was a magical experience.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is very close to Sloane Square tube station, making it easy to explore London. it is situated in a quiet neighborhood in Chelsea, ensuring a peaceful stay.

The decor of the hotel may not be to everyone's taste, as some reviews found it to be ornate and old-fashioned.

We had an incredible experience at this hotel, with luxurious amenities that truly made us feel pampered. the service was exceptional, with staff always on hand to assist us in any way possible. the sun terrace was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the gorgeous weather, while the leisure/TV room was a perfect spot to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. the room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with exclusive advantages that exceeded our expectations. the in-room breakfast was a wonderful touch, and the bar/lounge area was a chic and stylish spot to enjoy a drink. We were impressed by the packed lunches and special diet menus that catered to all our needs. the private facilities were exclusive and truly made us feel like VIPs.

the parking was a bit of a hassle, with no free options available and limited spaces in the area.

The room was beautifully decorated and super clean. The bed was big and comfortable with soft pillows. We enjoyed the intimate and cute atmosphere of the hotel. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The location was ideal, close to the tube and within walking distance of shops and restaurants.

The taps in the bathroom were difficult to operate, especially for my disabled friend. It was also disappointing that our room had no view and was facing scaffolding, with workmen walking past early in the morning.

There were a variety of exclusive amenities that fulfilled our every need, including a private facilities, and helpful staff ready to assist us with any special diets and needs.

I had a fantastic stay at a charming boutique hotel located in central London. The hotel was beautifully decorated and had a warm and friendly atmosphere. My room was spacious and well-appointed with lovely furniture and artwork. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were soft and plush. The marble bath had a tub/shower combination with an overhead shower. The staff were kind, responsive, and always available when needed. They were gracious and helpful, and they remembered me by name from the first day. The hotel was very secure, and the reception had to let guests in, made me feel safe. The location was also excellent, with the Sloane Square tube station just a couple of minutes away. There were nice restaurants nearby as well. I had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
